Scott is a dedicated property manager with a strong foundation in real estate, construction, and appraisal work and has a deep history on the island. He first attained his real-estate license in Florida, where he developed a deep understanding of market trends, property values, and client needs. His background in appraisal work here in the San Juan Islands allows him to accurately assess property value and investment potential, while his hands-on experience in construction gives him practical insight into long-term asset care for each of the rentals he manages.
